Our Wellness Checks are an affordable community multiphasic blood analysis available to all community members. This 33 panel blood test starts at $60. Excela Health partners with the Rotary, Kiwanis and volunteer fire departments to present these screenings as a benefit to our community and those we serve.
A portion of all proceeds is returned to our community sponsors to benefit local scholarships and recreation programs. Cash and checks accepted. Please make checks payable to the sponsoring organization and please have your payment ready before arriving to the testing site. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please contact the Call Center at 1-877-771-1234 to register. Walk-ins WILL NOT be accepted at this time, due to COVID-19 restrictions. You must fast for eight hours before your test.
